Follow the steps given below to Lodge a grievance.

• Fill the Applicant’s Name, E-mail Id and Mobile number and select your domicile from the drop down menu.
• Fill your complete postal address and grievance in detail in the given text boxes.
• Upload the grievance related documents or image by clicking on choose file link, if any.
• The attachment should be in PDF, jpeg, jpg format and the size should be less than 20KB.
• To proceed further click on the Send OTP button.
• The OTP will be sent to the contact number you provided in details.
• Fill the correct OTP at the given text box, If you didn’t get the OTP, click on Resend button.
• After filling the OTP, click on Proceed button.
• Once your OTP has been verified successfully, click on the Submit button.
• Your Grievance will be submitted successfully.
• Note down the Registration Id given in the popup and also sent to your registered mobile no. for future reference.
